TASTING

Whether on a binge or in a tasting room - at the end of a good session, it's time for a Mad Callista!

Appearance

Appearance

Before the drinker's eyes, this inviting session lager shimmers with a brilliant honey-blond color as bubbles rise to the surface to produce fine white foam.

Aroma

Aroma

As the bouquet diffuses towards the nose, it's as if a crate of tropical fruit has been placed in an Alpine meadow at midsummer: Mango, passionfruit, mandarin, orange blossoms and freshly mown grass fill the air above the glass.

Flavour

Flavour

Taking a drink, gustatory and tactile waves wash over the palate in a veritable bacchanalia of pure fruit and exhilarating, prickly effervescence - this conveyed in a light, lively body. Among the colorful panorama of aromas and flavors, mangos and ripe gooseberries rise to the surface and converge on the drinker's palate where, as they recede, a hint of hops and malty sweetness lingers. Harmonious and light, the drinker is swept away by a crazy cornucopia of fruits and berries. Who's mad now?
