How and for what purposes may I use the data?

Can I change the view in the media database?

In the right-hand upper corner you have the possibility of changing between different views of the media database:

- three-column quick overview with thumbnail and title 
- three-column view with thumbnail, title and details 
- one-column view with thumbnail, title and details

How shall I use the filter function?

You can generate a hit list with the aid of various filters such as branch, marking/sorting and media type. This function is activated by ticking the filters. The hit list may at any time be extended or reduced by adding or removing the filters.  

By clicking on "Reset search" (below the filters), all filters set are deleted. A new search can be started.

Please note: If you use the filters and then enter a search term via the search field, this further reduces the hit list.

How shall I use the search function?

Via the search function, you can search for media data with one or more terms.

The search function can be combined with the filter function. Once you have entered a search term, you can further reduce the hit list with the aid of the filters.

What function does the memory list have?

The memory list enables you to collect several data files and download these individually or by ZIP file in bundled form at a later point in time. A maximum of 50 data files can be added to the memory list.

If you add a file with a characteristic (e.g. JPG) to the memory list, you can mark in the memory list display further characteristics for downloading.

After the Zip file has been downloaded and/or the media database has been closed, the memory list is reset to 0.
